Hi Mr Awotale, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us. I have a question which is, can this chocolate drink be produced without preservative, if yes, for how long will it stay before expiring, if no, what is the right preservative to use and the quantity?
ReplyDeleteYes u can keep it in freezer or refrigerator for a week or add 0.1% sodium benzoate to it and be careful not to use your chocolate before 48 hours after adding the preservatives.
